About the role

We're looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team at Reassured.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping colleagues connected and productive, providing hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and business systems.

Working as part of a collaborative IT team, you'll support users across the business, troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, and help ensure our technology infrastructure runs smoothly with minimal disruption.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, network, and user issues.
  • Managing support tickets, prioritising incidents, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site.
  • Supporting users across multiple office locations.
  • Setting up new starters, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Assisting with technology rollouts, upgrades, and business change projects.
  • Creating and maintaining support documentation and user guides.
  • Escalating complex issues where appropriate and following established support processes.
  • Supporting the wider business with day-to-day IT requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
