What You Will Do

As an IT Support, you will support internal teams and troubleshoot everyday technology issues in a fast-paced environment. In this IT Support role, your day-to-day work will include the following key responsibilities:

  • Triage and resolve IT issues raised by users, including access problems, software concerns and hardware faults
  • Provide helpful, step-by-step support through tickets and user communications
  • Maintain accurate service records, ensuring updates are captured clearly for ongoing tracking
  • Support routine onboarding and basic IT set-ups to help colleagues get started quickly
  • Escalate complex incidents when needed, while staying accountable for progress
  • Contribute to continuous improvements by sharing recurring issue trends and practical fixes
