Role Overview
We're actively onboarding a vigilant Junior IT Support Engineer to act as the primary technological anchor for our operations in London. You represent the immediate tactical frontline resolving critical friction points for our massive user base. We strongly encourage users to contact us directly knowing that your sheer diagnostic skill will rapidly resolve complex software snags and restore flawless capabilities instantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Surgically diagnosing and completely resolving complex hardware failures and obscure multi-layered software errors rapidly.
- Executing flawless, highly secure baseline installations and continuous configuring of vital enterprise peripherals.
- Delivering exceptional, highly empathetic diagnostic technical support via remote streams, dense emails, and direct contact.
- Meticulously developing highly structured internal knowledgebases and bulletproof procedural IT documentation.
