We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join a dedicated IT Support team, where you will be instrumental in maintaining the technological backbone of our partner’s operations. In this role, you won’t just be fixing issues; you’ll be a frontline hero, directly impacting productivity and ensuring that every team member has the tools they need to thrive. Your expertise will keep critical systems running smoothly, enabling innovation and ensuring a world-class user experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your Impact And Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain a diverse range of desktop, laptop, and essential IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and swiftly resolve complex hardware, software, and operating system issues to minimize downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests, upholding security and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and execute equipment upgrades, proactively enhancing system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot workstation, networking, and connectivity problems, restoring seamless operations.
- Provide expert support for desktop and server environments.
- Offer foundational support for various operating systems, including Linux/UNIX and macOS, as needed.
- Meticulously document all incidents and adhere to established support procedures, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction, demonstrating a customer-first approach while collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.

Must-Have Qualifications
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in supporting desktop environments.
- Exceptional PC hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
- Solid understanding of desktop and laptop hardware components and functionality.
- Working knowledge of networking protocols such as Ethernet and TCP/IP, and experience with server networking.
- Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX systems.
- Outstanding problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, enabling clear and effective interactions.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset dedicated to delivering the best possible support experience.
- Ability to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 23kg (50lbs).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting macOS environments.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSA/MCSE.
- Professional certifications like ACMT/ACSP or CCNA.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
