We are working with a well-established and reputable company, primarily active across the South East, known for its long-standing client relationships and continuous growth. They specialise in providing IT support for print management solutions across various sectors, including commercial, corporate, and educational environments.

The Role

  • Servicing and repairing printing management systems
  • Providing remote IT support
  • Handling customer service, system monitoring, security, and compliance tasks
  • Working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break

What You'll Need

  • Experience as a Printer Technician, IT Support Engineer, or similar
  • Ability to provide remote support for print management solutions
  • Proficiency in repairing, servicing, and maintaining scanning, printing, and imaging equipment
  • Strong understanding of print management administration, system monitoring, and compliance
