IT Support for SME City based company

This role requires an immediate start, please bear this in mind when applying

Six months fixed term contract for the City of London

Three days a week in the office, please bear this in mind when applying

My clients needs to recruit, for an initial six month fixed term contract (you will be on their payroll) a very good 1st and 2nd Line IT Support professional who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

  • MS Intune
  • MS Windows
  • Understanding of Access Control technology

Candidates will need a minimum of two years IT Support experience

Key Requirements:

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent user liaison skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good problem solver
  • Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision

  • Technical support enquiries

  • Managing a M365 environment
  • Configuring all anti-virus software, operating systems
  • Hardware/software support
