IT Support for SME City based company

Six months fixed term contract for the City of London
Three days a week in the office, please bear this in mind when applying
My clients needs to recruit, for an initial six month fixed term contract (you will be on their payroll) a very good 1st and 2nd Line IT Support professional who can demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- M365, including Teams, Exchange, Sharepoint
- MS Intune
- MS Windows
- Understanding of Access Control technology
Candidates will need a minimum of two years IT Support experience
Key Requirements:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent user liaison skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good problem solver
- Self motivated and can work with minimal supervision

The role will include:
- Technical support enquiries
- Device configuration
- Managing a M365 environment
- Configuring all anti-virus software, operating systems
- Hardware/software support
