Role Description
This full-time, on-site IT Support Engineer Dispatch role is based in Constanţa, Romania. The role involves coordinating and dispatching IT support engineers to client locations, ensuring timely response and resolution of support requests. Responsibilities include:

- Triaging incoming tickets
- Assigning tasks according to skill set and availability
- Monitoring progress to meet service-level agreements
The IT Support Engineer Dispatch specialist communicates with clients to gather technical information, provides first-level support where possible, and escalates issues to appropriate technical teams. The role also includes:
- Maintaining accurate records in help desk systems
- Supporting continuous improvement of support processes
- Collaborating with colleagues across global operations
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills, including ticket handling and customer communication
- Solid Information Technology and System Administration skills relevant to server, network, and endpoint environments
- Effective Troubleshooting skills to identify, prioritize, and route technical issues appropriately
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset
- Good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

Relevant education in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous. Experience working with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and standard office productivity software is beneficial.
