Citipost Global · Erith, south east London (on site, five days a week) · £29,000–£33,000 · Permanent

Citipost Global moves letters and parcels across borders for customers in the UK and around the world. Our Erith warehouse is at the heart of that. It's where letters and parcels are scanned, sorted and sent to their destinations.

We need somebody on-site who can help when things go wrong, be proactive by fixing potential issues before they happen and think of processes to boost service efficiency.

What you'd be doing

  • Being the person people can walk up to. Who can help with issues with laptops, desktops, printers and phones.
  • Looking after the warehouse floor as well as the office, handheld scanners and label printers included.
  • Getting a proper picture of what we own, where it is and what state it's in.
  • Working out what breaks most often and fixing the root cause.
  • Helping us get to a point where setting up a new starter's laptop takes minutes rather than an afternoon.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Tell us about something that was broken or badly organised — anywhere, not necessarily at work — that you fixed without being asked. What made you do it?
