The IT Support Engineer II provides hands-on technology support for an Ariat office of approximately 50 employees in rural England while also supporting the company's wider global technology environment across Asia, Europe and the Americas.

This role serves as the primary on-site IT contact for the local office, ensuring employees have reliable access to computers, business applications, meeting-room technology, networks and other essential IT services. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site. Additional on-site attendance may be needed for projects, office events or technical incidents.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary in-person IT support contact for approximately 50 employees at the England office.
  • Deliver friendly, responsive support to employees with a wide range of technical experience.
  • Support Ariat employees and operations across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
  • Work closely with a global team of engineers across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.

  • Set up, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices and related equipment.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune and Windows Autopilot.
  • Troubleshoot account access, authentication, VPN, wireless, networking, printing, software and endpoint-security issues.
  • Provide hands-on support for meeting rooms, Zoom Rooms, audiovisual equipment and video-conferencing technology.
  • Prepare equipment and access for new employees, and recover equipment and remove access when employees leave.
  • Own escalated incidents through resolution, working with global IT teams and external vendors as required.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software-licence, equipment-assignment and support documentation.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, warranty claims and local vendor services.
  • Support hardware refreshes, office projects, technology deployments and wider global IT initiatives.
  • Improve support through documentation, automation, standardisation and consistent IT service-management practices.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional evening and weekend support, and travel when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
