The Role

The IT Support Engineer will be based in our Leeds office and will be part of the team responsible for day-to-day support management of all internal systems across international sites.

We are looking for someone who is confident to be the first point of contact for users, taking the time to understand their issues and share our approach of “fix it once”.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as first point of contact for all IT support related queries
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues on both Apple and Windows OS
  • Monitor NAS and Window servers as well as looking after networked devices and responding to common user application issues
  • Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding users via cloud services
  • Support and maintain a high level of security
  • Software installation and patching

Required Skills

  • Experience in working within an IT support role
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-working and customer service skills
  • Be self-motivated and able to handle a varied workload within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the drive to seek out and learn new skills that always ensures you can meet the company needs as it grows
  • Experience working within a creative, agency environment is desirable
  • Experience working Cloud technologies including Google workspace, Microsoft 365
  • Must have a full UK driver's licence with own transport

Location and Working Hours

This role will be based from our Leeds office, 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. The role is open to hybrid working. Occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
