About the Role

We are scaling our IT operations and looking for driven IT Service Desk Analysts to anchor our support function. Whether you are stepping in to handle frontline triage or bringing deep technical troubleshooting to our second-line operations, you'll play a vital role in keeping our internal systems connected, secure, and running smoothly.

My client is a multi-national, multi-platform business looking to expand their IT Support desk. You will be an experienced IT Engineer or ICT Technician, preferably coming from the ranks of IT Apprenticeship programme.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Tech Lifeline: Answer, triage, and resolve incoming incidents across hardware, software, networking, telephony, and system access.
  • Get Hands-On with Hardware: Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to high operational standards.
  • Manage Cloud & Access Systems: Handle day-to-day administration across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (including permissions, account provisioning, and mailbox management).
  • Keep Documentation Sharp: Maintain clear, accurate ticket notes, asset inventories, and knowledge base articles so the entire team benefits from your fixes.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: For those joining our second-line tier, you will rotate onto first-line support during your initial months to master our internal architecture, help cover leave, and share practical ideas for service enhancement. Plus, you'll occasionally support wider infrastructure rollouts across our operational sites.
  • Champion Security: Protect company data, adhere to info-sec policies, and flag any vulnerabilities or security concerns straight away.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
