Role: IT Support Engineer

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Wrexham (Onsite)

Start Date: October

We are partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their onsite support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused IT professional with strong desktop, infrastructure, and end-user support experience across Windows, Mac, mobile devices, and workplace technologies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality IT services, providing 1st and 2nd line support, managing hardware and software deployments, supporting end-user onboarding, and ensuring a positive user experience across the business. You will work closely with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain and improve IT services.
