Contract: 3 Months (PAYE)

We're working with a global organisation looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their onsite IT team on an initial three-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical support, thrives in a customer-facing environment and has strong experience supporting Microsoft technologies across a modern enterprise estate.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support, ensuring end users receive a first-class service while maintaining business-critical systems and devices.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing onsite 1st and 2nd line technical support.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
- Supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.
- Administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
- Building, deploying and configuring laptops and desktops.
- Supporting Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
- Managing new starter setups and leaver equipment collection.
- Supporting meeting room technology, AV equipment and video conferencing systems.
- Providing printer, mobile device and peripheral support.
- Maintaining accurate asset records.
- Working closely with third-party suppliers and internal infrastructure teams.
- Delivering excellent customer service while working within SLA-driven environments.

About You
You'll have previous experience working within an enterprise IT support environment and be confident providing both deskside and remote support.
You'll Ideally Have Experience With
- 1st and 2nd line IT support.
- Microsoft 365.
- Active Directory.
- Exchange Online.
- Windows 10/11.
- macOS.
- Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.
- Laptop imaging and deployments.
- Hardware IMAC activities.
- Mobile device support (iOS & Android).
- Meeting room and AV support.
- Printer support.
- Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- ITIL-based service desk environments.
