Internal IT Support Engineer | London | Hybrid | £32,000
I’m currently recruiting for an Internal IT Support Engineer to join a specialist technology consultancy based in central London.
This is a good opportunity for someone with around 2-4 years’ IT support experience who wants to move beyond basic service desk work and take more ownership across internal IT, security and infrastructure.
The Role
You’ll support and help manage the company’s internal IT environment, including:
- Microsoft 365 / Office 365
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Intune and endpoint management
- Laptop builds and deployments
- User onboarding / offboarding
- Patching and vulnerability management
- Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials Plus
- Security and compliance
- Internal networking and Wi-Fi
- Hardware and infrastructure projects
- IT documentation and asset management

What They’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ll have experience with:
- 1st / 2nd Line IT Support
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Intune
- Endpoint patching
- Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus
- Basic networking
- Troubleshooting Windows devices
- Taking ownership of internal IT issues
Experience supporting Cyber Essentials Plus compliance would be particularly valuable.
