IT Support Executive – Private Family Office

MUST HAVE PRIVATE WEALTH / FAMILY OFFICE 1st Line IT EXPERIENCE & BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE – 1st OCT 2026 START

Salary: £75,000 to £100,000 base salary + benefits + bonus

Working Model: 5 Days

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional IT Support Executive to join a newly launched Private Family Office based in London, supporting a discreet, high-performing investment and wealth management environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to an IT professional who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day technology environment, ensuring users receive an exceptional level of support while maintaining a secure, reliable and well-managed IT infrastructure.

You must be Immediately Available to be considered for this role – start on 1st Oct 2026.

  • Take ownership of 1st Line IT Support and day-to-day IT operations across the office.
  • Set up, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment.
  • Manage new starter and leaver processes, including account provisioning, equipment setup and access management.
  • Provide responsive BAU IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity and user-access issues.
  • Assist with the end-to-end setup and management of the office IT environment, including desktops, peripherals, meeting-room technology and networking.
  • Manage IT incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset, user and equipment records.
  • Work with external IT suppliers, vendors and specialist support partners where required.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security, access controls, backups and business continuity procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the reliability, efficiency and security of the office's technology environment.
  • Provide a discreet, professional and highly responsive service appropriate to a private family office and wealth management environment.

You will be a confident, hands-on IT professional with strong 1st Line / desktop support experience and a genuine customer-service mindset.

You should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and dealing directly with senior stakeholders in a professional and confidential environment.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory / Entra ID, laptops and desktops, networking, Microsoft Teams, printers and general office technology would be highly advantageous.

Experience within a financial services, investment management, private equity, wealth management or family office environment would be beneficial.
