Qualifications

There are no strict prerequisites for enrolling in this programme, making it accessible to individuals with little or no prior experience in IT. The key qualities we seek include a strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving. Candidates should be motivated, proactive, and eager to develop new skills that will help them succeed in a fast-growing industry. While formal educational qualifications are not mandatory, a basic understanding of computers and enthusiasm for technology will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in over 80 hours of live instructor-led online training delivered by experienced industry professionals.
  • Prepare for and pass two industry-recognized certifications: CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), including exam voucher and resit support.
  • Participate in practical, real-world project work to develop hands-on skills in troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and cloud services.
  • Utilize dedicated 1-to-1 tutor support to clarify concepts, address challenges, and enhance learning outcomes.
  • Receive CV support, interview coaching, and career guidance to prepare for job applications and interviews.
  • Leverage access to our employer network and recruitment partners to secure employment opportunities post-certification.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and skill development throughout the programme to maximize career prospects.
