We're looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team at Overland Shoes. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you'll be at the heart of our technology function, supporting around 70 colleagues while helping to shape and improve our IT infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
- Providing first and second-line IT support across the business
- Supporting and maintaining Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Managing user accounts, permissions and identity services
- Supporting laptops, MacBooks, mobile devices and meeting room technology
- Maintaining network infrastructure, servers and cloud services
- Assisting with cybersecurity, endpoint protection and vulnerability management
- Supporting IT audits and compliance activities
- Working alongside the Head of IT on infrastructure improvements, migrations and technology projects
- Maintaining documentation, asset management and knowledge articles
- Liaising with third-party vendors and technology partners
We're looking for someone with
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and infrastructure issues
- An interest in IT security and best practice
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

It would be great if you also have experience with
- VMware, Hyper-V or Azure virtualisation
- PowerShell, Bash or Python scripting
- ITIL
- Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios or Microsoft Sentinel

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of your work and thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be comfortable supporting users at all levels of the business while also getting involved in wider infrastructure and technology projects.
