Job Description
You'll be joining a well established organisation that places strong emphasis on reliable technology, continuous improvement, and high quality internal support. As an IT Support & Administrator, you will provide first line technical assistance to employees, resolving hardware, software and network issues both remotely and on-site. You'll help set up new equipment and user accounts, maintain IT systems, document processes, manage helpdesk tickets, and support ongoing IT projects and rollouts. You will also contribute to stock management for IT equipment and ensure all repairs and support activities are accurately recorded.

Requirements:
- A strong interest in IT and problem solving
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, software and networks
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Level 3 IT apprenticeship or similar qualification
- Practical experience in IT support
- Understanding of troubleshooting techniques and IT security
- Full UK driving licence
Benefits:

- Contracted hours are 40 per week.
