Department: Engineering

Description
We are looking for an IT Support Manager to own, scale, and secure the core SaaS tooling, identity architecture, and endpoint management infrastructure that underpins our organisation. Working closely with our InfoSec and Engineering teams, you’ll work with the IT team to architect and drive our internal IT environment as Ravelin scales internationally.
Key Responsibilities
This is a mid-senior, high-ownership role where you will bridge operational excellence and security architecture. Rather than just clearing tickets, you will focus on eliminating operational friction through automation, hardening our security posture, and designing scalable systems that provide a seamless experience for our hybrid workforce.
If you thrive on transforming manual IT processes into automated workflows, driving Zero-Trust access models, and leading high-impact operational initiatives, we’d love to speak with you.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- SaaS and Enterprise Identity Mastery: Deep hands-on experience configuring and auditing enterprise identity platforms (SSO/SAML, Google Workspace, password management, and granular access controls).
- Advanced MDM and Network Security: Proven experience deploying and maintaining Jamf at scale, along with modern network access solutions (Twingate, SASE, or ZTNA).
- Endpoint Architecture and Zero-Trust Security: Own our global MDM strategy using Jamf and Twingate to enforce baseline security controls, automated provisioning, and zero-trust network access across all managed devices. Experience working with Crowdstrike.
- Security and Compliance Fluency: Practical knowledge of IT security posture (Gmail DLP, DNS filtering, phishing defences) and direct experience supporting audit readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks).
- Automation-First Mindset: Experience going beyond GUI administration, using APIs, scripting, or Git workflows to automate joiner/mover/leaver processes and system inventories.
- Identity and Access Infrastructure: Architect and manage core identity controls (SSO/SAML, MFA, RBAC) across our enterprise SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password), driving automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
