Join Parity Technologies Limited as an IT Support Manager to lead global IT service delivery in a remote-first environment. You will manage support engineers, drive AI-driven automation for IT workflows, and oversee international procurement. What you will do:
- Manage and mentor the End User Support team while serving as the technical escalation point for complex system issues and root cause analysis.
- Architect and implement AI-driven workflows for ticket triage and procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Own global IT procurement and vendor relationships, establishing robust hardware sourcing strategies for a distributed team across multiple international markets.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5+ years of experience leading IT teams and managing service operations, ideally within fast-paced, multi-SaaS, or remote-first environments.
- Possesses deep technical proficiency in Linux and Mac operating systems, including command-line interface usage, scripting, and MDM/EDR management.
- Demonstrates a systems-thinking mindset with a passion for Open Source Software, with a preference for UK-based candidates who can work cross-functionally.
