£28,000-£35,000 + Yearly Bonus + Overtime + Casual Dress + Training + Progression

Are you an IT Support Engineer with a background from an MSP wanting to learn and grow within an independent company offering real qualifications and genuine career progression into management?
You will be the 11th member of a close-knit team in the South Coast Region (Based in Bournemouth). This company has a continually growing customer base, meaning you will have stability, and the support of a highly experienced team. They thrive on making a difference, one support ticket at a time.
In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems and networks, installing and configuring equipment, and ensuring clients receive a reliable and efficient IT service.

This role will suit an IT Support Engineer or similar looking for ongoing training, progression and a role that offers plenty of overtime to boost your earnings.
The Role:
- Provide technical support to clients, resolve IT issues on-site
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, laptop, printer and network connectivity problems
- Install, configure and upgrade operating systems, software and IT equipment
Hours:
Monday - Friday (9:00am-17:30pm)
The Person:
- IT Support experience in an MSP
- Willing to commute to office in Bournemouth
