Job Title: Part-Time IT Support Technician

About the Role
Zippe is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable IT Support Technician to manage and support our core technology infrastructure. We prioritize practical technical ability, dependability, and a strong work ethic over traditional corporate backgrounds. Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- IT & Network Management: Hands-on understanding of network setup, maintenance, and everyday technical troubleshooting.
- Platform Administration: Familiarity managing users, permissions, and tools within Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Systems Security: Working knowledge of antivirus/security management (experience with ESET is an advantage).
- Work Style: Solution-oriented, dependable, and eager to take ownership of tech challenges.

This is a part-time, office-based role located at our headquarters in Westfield, Radstock.
