IT Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Experience Required: 0-2 years

Salary: $45,000-$56,000/year


Job Summary

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot technology systems across the organization. You'll support end users, manage IT equipment, and help ensure systems run smoothly and securely. Great opportunity for someone building a broad foundation in IT support.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
  • Support user account management and access provisioning
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Support software installations and updates
  • Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
  • Assist with IT-related projects as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
  • Working knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems and networking basics
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) a plus
  • Ability to prioritize multiple support requests
