Job Accountabilities
- Resolve various technical support tickets submitted through the ServiceNow Helpdesk portal for operations; perform tasks in a timely manner to ensure all Everest employees are able to work efficiently.
- Configure and deploy laptops to Everest employees.
- Provide access administration for Windows/Unix/secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) user accounts and permissions.
- Perform patch management: ensure that all critical security, system patches, and service packs have been applied.
- Perform log management and review: periodic review of system and backup logs.
- Perform asset and inventory management.
- Maintain various office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and photocopiers, to minimize any delay of production.
- Develop various software/hardware installation and procedural documents for Information Technology department reference.
- Conduct Information Technology research and development to constantly improve the Information Technology standard within Everest.
Qualifications And Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or information technology with 3 years of IT support experience.
- Understanding of clinical trials, management of cloud infrastructure, and VMware experience are of benefit to the position.
- Education or experience must demonstrate the ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000.
