IT Support Specialist
IT Support Specialist - Microsoft 365

Your Purpose
The IT Support Specialists are responsible for administering Microsoft 365 and supporting core infrastructure, while delivering day-to-day IT services including:
- New user provisioning
- Access management
- Troubleshooting end-user issues
They act as a primary point of contact for service users and customers requiring:
- Technical support
- Information or other IT services
Your Impact
- Administers and manages Microsoft 365 services
- Supports Intune administration, including device and application management
- Performs proactive monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Provides support for:
- Personal computing devices
- Smart devices (e.g., meeting room conferencing systems)
- Multifunction printers
- Sets up workstations and required peripheral devices for new starters
- Installs, configures, and maintains:
- Software deployment
- Ensuring appropriate access to IT services
- Guides users on operating new:
- Software
- Devices
- IT equipment
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves a wide range of IT issues
- Maintains accurate records of:
- Repairs
- Fixes
- Technical activities
- Provides technical support to users during conference calls

Your Journey So Far
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
- Strong diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Solid understanding of:
- A wide range of computer systems
- Technologies
- Advanced Microsoft 365 administration skills, including:
- Microsoft Teams management
- Familiarity with:
- Multifunction devices (copiers, printers, and scanners)
- Experience following established IT processes, including:
- Starter/leaver workflows
- Workstation and user setup
- Background in:
- Network administration
- Active Directory management
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- Competence in supporting:
- Meeting rooms
- Visitors and staff with:
- Video displays
- Video/audio conferencing
- Internet access
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including:
- Patching
- Error resolution
- Storage management
