The Role
- Manage and mentor an End User Support Specialist, setting priorities and supporting their professional growth.
- Oversee the daily coordination of IT support tickets, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
- Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshooting issues directly and modeling strong service orientation.
- Drive the adoption of AI and automation within IT support workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Own IT procurement processes, from vendor selection to ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure seamless IT onboarding and offboarding for a globally distributed team.

What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations, with proven team management or mentoring experience.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to automate workflows and improve support processes.
- Experience with user access management in a multi-SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of LAN and WLAN infrastructures, including network device management.
- Familiarity with Linux (desktop and server) and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with MDM and EDR products.
