Overview
You will join the Information Technology Department of Intesa Sanpaolo London Branch, supporting the daily operation of the local IT environment. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, maintaining workplace technology and IT equipment, supporting infrastructure components, and ensuring the timely resolution of hardware and software issues. You will also contribute to technical documentation and the smooth operation of business-critical IT services.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users regarding computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Manage and support laptops, desktop devices, mobile phones and IT equipment
- Install, configure and maintain workstations, operating systems and standard software packages
- Monitor and manage tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Support printers, servers and related IT services
- Maintain meeting room and audio/video conferencing technologies
- Update and maintain technical documentation and IT inventory records
- Coordinate with third-level support teams and external providers.

Who we are looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support are required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Microsoft technologies and Microsoft 365 applications
- Windows operating systems and Windows Hyper-V
- Office 365 deployment and support
- Ticketing systems
- Android and iOS device support
- Computer hardware diagnostics and maintenance
- Infrastructure support including printers and servers
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
- Knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
