- Respond to technical support requests through chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot account access, software, device, and network-connectivity issues
- Guide users through clear, step-by-step solutions
- Provision and maintain user accounts, permissions, and common business tools
- Document incidents, resolutions, and reusable troubleshooting instructions
- Escalate complex issues with complete diagnostic information
- Help improve onboarding, access-management, and support processes
Qualifications
Required
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
- Strong problem-solving, customer-service, and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical users
- Organized approach to documenting and tracking support requests
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Preferred
- Degree, diploma, certification, or coursework in IT or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems, identity tools, or remote support software
- CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or a similar entry-level certification
