Ferring+You
We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. The role involves maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft 365 is essential, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and finance processes would be advantageous.
In addition to technical support responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist with IT project delivery, manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, and be willing to undertake occasional international travel to support group companies and IT initiatives across the wider business.
Your day at Ferring
- Provide first- and second-line IT support to onsite and remote users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain end-user devices including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
- Support and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi environments, routers, and switches.
- Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform system updates, backups, preventive maintenance, and technical troubleshooting.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment provisioning and account setup.
- Support business applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, working closely with finance teams.
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and records of incidents and resolutions.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and support partners, monitoring service quality and resolving escalations.
- Participate in IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, migrations, process improvements, and provide support to international group companies, including occasional travel.

Behind our innovation…There’s you
- Strong general IT support experience (PC setup, networking, printers).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune is a plus).
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and user support skills.
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, including operational support and project-based work.
- Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are advantageous.
- Project management qualifications or experience (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) would be beneficial but are not essential.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, cloud environments, and IT ticketing systems.
- Understanding of finance processes and experience supporting IT projects in multi-site and international environments.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable professional with strong organizational skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to travel internationally.
