We’re Hiring – Remote IT Support Specialists

One of our clients is expanding their remote IT team and is looking for multiple Part-Time IT Support Specialists to provide day-to-day technical support to a growing remote workforce.

If you enjoy solving technical problems, helping users, and working from home with flexible hours — this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and fast-moving IT environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide remote 1st / 2nd line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows / Mac devices, Microsoft 365, email, and business apps
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and remote access
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding and device configuration
  • Log tickets accurately and keep users updated
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
  • Help maintain secure and reliable remote systems

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support

  • Reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
