IT Support Specialist (Remote)

Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our remote UK-based team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills who enjoys supporting users and resolving technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
  • Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access requests
  • Log, track, and update incidents through support systems
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required
  • Provide clear remote guidance and support to users
  • Maintain accurate technical records and documentation
  • Follow IT support procedures and service standards

Requirements

  • Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or user account administration is beneficial
  • Comfortable using ticketing or service desk systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience is beneficial
