We're working with a well-established and growing IT company that specialises in delivering comprehensive technology solutions to business clients. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they've built a reputation for exceptional IT support services and a collaborative, close-knit team culture.

The Role

  • Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business customers as part of a growing helpdesk team
  • Troubleshooting issues at a client and server level, including escalated and complex technical issues
  • Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, and InTune
  • Other ad hoc duties as required, including some assistance with projects
  • Hybrid working - the role will primarily be remote-based, with some requirement to work from the Cambridge office
  • Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience from a Microsoft MSP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience across all aspects of Microsoft 365 is essential; MS certification would be desirable
  • Familiarity with all Windows OS at server and client level, including a working knowledge of virtualisation
  • A working knowledge of networking principles and technologies, with experience troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls
