A highly respected, independent media agency is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to become a key part of its collaborative and people-focused team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant business where culture, creativity and employee wellbeing are genuinely valued.
You'll be the go-to IT expert for colleagues, providing hands-on support across Windows, Microsoft 365, meeting room technology and user onboarding, helping ensure everyone has a seamless day-to-day experience with technology.

We're looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year's IT Support experience
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
