Job Title: IT Support & Systems Engineer
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday
Hybrid: 3 days from home per week
Are you an experienced IT support professional with strong technical skills and a customer focused approach? This is an opportunity to join a collaborative organisation supporting a modern IT environment across cloud, infrastructure and end user services.
You will provide 1st and 2nd line support while assisting with 3rd line activities, supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Cisco Meraki and endpoint environments. You will play a key role in maintaining service reliability, security and excellent user experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Of IT Support & Systems Engineer
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support and assist with escalated technical issues.
- Manage incidents, requests and changes.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Cisco Meraki environments.
- Maintain user accounts, access controls, endpoint devices and asset records.
- Support backup monitoring, disaster recovery and security processes.
- Maintain CMDB records, documentation and IT procedures.
- Provide executive support to Board members and senior stakeholders.
- Support meeting room technology, collaboration tools and AV services.
- Work with suppliers and assist with IT projects and system improvements.
- Participate in out of hours support rota when required.

Experience Required
- IT related degree or equivalent experience.
- 1st and 2nd line IT support experience within a business environment.
- Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, cloud and network services.
- Experience with IT asset management and technical documentation.
- Supplier, stakeholder and project support experience.
