How You'll Make a Difference
You'll join the IT team at Pet Drugs Online, working alongside our IT Support Technician and Application Manager to give quick, reliable support across the whole business. When colleagues have a problem with a device, their software or their access, you'll usually be the first person they speak to. You'll also help test and roll out new systems, including our ERP platform. It's a learning role, so you'll get hands on experience with most of our systems, infrastructure and hardware.

- Be the first line of support for hardware, devices and everyday business software, and escalate more serious issues to the wider technology team
- Set up accounts, access and equipment for new starters, and remove them when people leave
- Keep an eye on our systems so they stay available, perform well and remain secure
- Log, track and resolve support tickets within agreed service levels
- Help the IT team with projects covering infrastructure, our ERP system, websites and business applications
- Test, roll out and document new systems, software and processes
- Cover weekend on call support from time to time when there's a critical business need
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
We're looking for a driven, capable professional, able to commit to 5 days per week in our Keynsham office, who brings:
- Experience providing on-site IT Support
- Basic hardware repair and troubleshooting skills
- Problem solving experience, and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
