Your role
We are seeking a customer-focused IT professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering excellent user support. The ideal candidate will have experience providing first-line IT assistance, troubleshooting a range of hardware and software issues, and working within a structured IT support environment. You will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach to supporting end users and colleagues.
- Strong IT troubleshooting and support skills, with experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, hardware, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage with users at all levels, manage support requests effectively, and provide clear and professional technical guidance.
- Well-organised and team-oriented approach, with experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, maintaining accurate documentation and asset records, and contributing to a collaborative, efficient, and well-managed IT environment.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated IT support professional with experience delivering high-quality first-line technical support in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of end-user technologies, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise support activities effectively. You will be comfortable working independently and across multiple locations, while maintaining a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and service delivery.

- Proven IT support experience, including previous work in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Technician role, with hands-on experience providing Level 1 support to end users and managing incidents through ITSM or ticketing systems.
- Strong technical knowledge, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, networking fundamentals, and workplace IT technologies, with the ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, follow established procedures, adapt to changing business needs, and build positive working relationships across multiple sites. Fluency in English is essential, while French language skills and familiarity with CAD software would be advantageous.
