Broxden Limited is a trusted IT Support company providing services to small and medium sized businesses in Perth and the surrounding areas. We are looking for another passionate IT Support Technician to add to our team.
Job Summary:
As an IT Support Technician, you will provide essential technical support to our clients, ensuring systems run smoothly and issues are resolved promptly. This role requires a proactive approach, a passion for technology, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients – remote and on site
- Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist with installations, upgrades for various systems.
- Provide excellent customer service with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
- Travel to client sites as needed. (Mileage allowance for travel)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID.
- Good understanding of networking, including maintaining routers, switches, WiFi, VLAN’s, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
