IT Support Technician

Blisworth, Northamptonshire - Office-based role, not remote.
The Role:
Olleco is seeking a highly skilled, customer-friendly, enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team. This position is perfect for someone seeking a challenging role with opportunity for career growth. As part of this role, you will be required to work independently, as well as collaborate with our passionate and customer-centric team to improve Olleco end-user experiences. You should have experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure.
This is a Blisworth, Northamptonshire office-based role.
You will be mainly responsible for:
- Providing customer-friendly technical support to Olleco users via telephone, email, and remote control.
- Ensuring tickets are correctly classified and prioritised and are being processed to meet OLA.
- Building and configuring User Equipment.
- Creating and maintaining the Knowledge Bases.
- Maintaining Asset database.

Technical Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT.
- Experience supporting Office 365.
- Demonstratable Microsoft Cloud experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Admin centres and On Prem AD.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management.
- Possess at least one of the certifications (or suitable equivalent):
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS 900)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900)
