RVM Systems UK is a leading provider of reverse vending and automated recycling solutions, supporting retailers and governments to deliver large-scale Deposit Return Schemes (DRS). Part of the privately owned RVM Systems Group headquartered in Sweden, we operate globally across more than 40 markets and are trusted partners to many of the world’s largest retailers.
Our technology enables millions of consumers to recycle beverage containers every day, contributing to a circular economy and measurable environmental impact. In 2024 alone, RVM Systems technology supported the collection of over 13 billion containers worldwide. With the UK DRS approaching and continued business growth, we are now expanding our UK service capability.
Role Description
Working primarily within the Microsoft cloud environment (Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint and the wider 365 stack), integrating compatible third-party systems where appropriate. We're an expanding team, and this role combines day-to-day support with real scope to innovate. You'll be the face of IT to our staff, resolving issues quickly and personally, while also driving improvements to how we deploy, manage and secure our endpoints and services.

We're looking for someone who sees every support request as a chance to make things better, and who will help us build the processes and tooling to match.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line support to staff, handling queries directly and escalating where needed
- Deploy, configure and maintain Windows, Android and iOS endpoints using Intune, Autopilot, Apple Business Manager and managed Google Play
- Manage and improve Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams and OneDrive
- Design, build and develop SharePoint sites and workflows that improve how the business works
- Take ownership of the end user experience, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, making sure people have the tools and support they need to work effectively
- Build and refine IT processes and documentation, including endpoint lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding, and support procedures
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and improve the way we deliver IT
- Keep up to date with developments across the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend improvements
Essential Experience
- Proven experience deploying and supporting cloud-based environments in the Microsoft 365 stack
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot and MDM across Windows and mobile platforms
- Solid working knowledge of Exchange Online, Entra ID and SharePoint Online
- Comfortable supporting users directly, with clear, patient communication at all levels
- A self-starter who spots problems and fixes them without waiting to be asked

Desirable
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Lists and Forms, and an interest in using them to solve business problems
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise / managed Google Play
- PowerShell or Graph API scripting for automation
- Experience with conditional access, Defender for Endpoint or similar security tooling
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role with attendance at our Watford and agreed remote working. Out-of-hours work may be required to support service cover. We will explain the expected frequency, rota and payment or time-off arrangements during recruitment.
