About The Role
We are seeking a versatile IT-Allrounder with developer skills to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between software development and IT administration. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing custom software solutions, automating workflows, and supporting our internal and external clients with technical expertise. Your work will involve configuring and managing cloud platforms, such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as maintaining network security and infrastructure. The position offers a unique blend of development, administration, and consulting tasks, providing a comprehensive experience in modern IT environments. You will have the opportunity to influence our technological landscape through innovative ideas and proactive problem-solving, all while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in IT, such as an apprenticeship or degree in fields like System Integration, Application Development, or a comparable background. Strong programming skills are essential, with experience in at least one common programming language. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID is required, along with foundational understanding of network and firewall technologies. Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a structured work approach. Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction are important, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies and expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve customized software applications and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create interfaces and integrations with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Automate repetitive processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Enhance and maintain current software and management tools, ensuring optimal performance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing applications to ensure reliability.
- Implement innovative ideas to improve internal processes and customer solutions.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user and permission management.
- Manage and configure cloud services such as Microsoft Entra ID and Azure, ensuring security and compliance.
- Support network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and server configurations.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of server, client, and cloud infrastructures.
- Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Document technical environments, solutions, and processes for internal use and client reference.
