About The Role
We are seeking an IT Allrounder with developer skills to join our team. This unique role combines software development with modern IT administration, offering an exciting opportunity for a technically versatile professional. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on a variety of tasks, from developing custom software solutions and automating workflows to managing cloud services and supporting clients with technical expertise. This position requires a proactive individual who can independently develop and implement solutions that enhance internal processes and improve customer satisfaction. The role offers a blend of development, administration, and consulting, making it ideal for someone who wants to diversify their skills and contribute to meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a completed education or degree in the IT field, such as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration, application development, or a comparable qualification. Strong programming skills are essential, with experience in at least one common programming language. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure / Entra ID is required, along with a foundational understanding of network and firewall technologies. The candidate should demonstrate an understanding of IT infrastructures and their interactions, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivation, a structured work approach, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients are important qualities. A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments is also necessary.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and enhancing custom software solutions and applications, including programming interfaces and system integrations.
- Automating repetitive processes and workflows.
- Improving existing software and management tools through analysis and troubleshooting.
- Managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including user, group, and permission management, as well as configuring and maintaining cloud services like Azure and Entra ID.
- Configuring and maintaining network security devices such as firewalls, VPNs, and infrastructure components.
- Supporting customers by planning and implementing IT solutions, providing technical advice, and executing smaller IT projects.
- Documenting technical environments and solutions, ensuring clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
