Job Title: IT Systems Analyst & Programmer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 - open to discussions based on experience
Location: Belfast
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Work Pattern: 08:30-5:00, on-site

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for business-critical systems and users.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through to completion.
- Maintain and improve existing systems and applications.
- Assist with testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance activities.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IT, systems support or technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues effectively.
- Good understanding of testing, troubleshooting and supporting business systems.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.
