Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time IT Operations Analyst to join our team at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, London. Working at this buzzing location, the excitement isn’t just on event days. Responsibilities

  • Support and administer point of sales systems including users, menus, configuration, reporting, and readiness checks, providing hands-on support including POS terminals, payment devices, kiosks, and back-office equipment
  • Prepare, support, and troubleshoot point of sales services for matchdays, event days, and out-of-hours operations, providing practical guidance to team members on point of sales processes and support
  • Manage local incidents and service requests with relevant escalation to internal and external teams
  • Support point of sales deployments, upgrades, new openings, closures, seasonal changes, technology refreshes, security, and compliance
  • Produce clear updates on issues, service performance, risks, and improvement actions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a technical support role, or degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting POS systems or related venue technology
  • Good knowledge of Windows devices, basic network connectivity, and programming
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Physical Requirements

  • Availability to work flexibly during bank holidays, evenings, and weekends to support matchday, event, and out-of-hours operations
  • Ability to work onsite at Wembley Stadium, as well as occasionally travel to Pride Park Stadium and Stadium of Light

Contracted Hours / Guaranteed Hours

  • 48 Hours
