IT System Analyst

Haverhill (4-5 days onsite)
c£40k + Bonus Scheme

A broad Internal IT role where you can get involved in far more than day-to-day support. If you enjoy being the person who gets involved with a bit of everything, this could be a great next move. You'll support the technology behind a busy operational site, working across infrastructure, business applications, security and improvement projects rather than being restricted to one particular area of IT. It's particularly suited to someone who has built a good foundation in IT support or infrastructure and now wants greater technical ownership and exposure with a business that has exciting growth plans.

Role Style & Setup

There's plenty of variety. Alongside resolving more complex technical issues, you'll work on servers, Microsoft technologies, networking and business systems, while getting involved in upgrades and wider infrastructure projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
