Shape the Future. Build the Solutions. Make an Impact.

At Rubberatkins, we’re investing in the future of technology, digital transformation and AI. We’re looking for a curious, hands-on IT Systems and Automation Analyst to support our day-to-day IT systems while helping us build automations, integrations and AI-powered tools that enable us to work smarter.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of an established manufacturing business. You'll support our day-to-day IT systems and infrastructure, while building the automations, integrations and AI-powered tools that help us work smarter.

We’re looking for someone with practical experience in automation, AI tools or business systems, whether gained through a previous role, personal projects or self-directed learning, and who is motivated to keep developing those skills.

We're not looking for someone who simply maintains systems. We're looking for someone who sees opportunities where others see challenges, who enjoys asking "how can we do this better?", and who has the drive to turn ideas into reality.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation and AI adoption, while helping keep our technology infrastructure secure, reliable and fit for the future.

This is a great opportunity for someone early-to-mid career with a genuine passion for AI and automation, looking to build their experience and take on more responsibility as the role develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
