Tayto Group - IT Business Systems Analyst

Behind every successful business is great technology, and that's where our Group IT team comes in. We're looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to help bridge the gap between our business teams and technical specialists, ensuring our systems, processes and technology solutions support the continued growth of the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, driving improvements and collaborating with stakeholders across all areas of the organisation. Based at our Corby site, the role offers potential for hybrid working following a successful 4-week onsite induction period.
Let's get a flavour of the role
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver technology solutions that make a real difference.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Analyse current processes, systems and ways of working to identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows to support project delivery.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external development partners to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Support technology and business change projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution and issue management.
- Present findings, recommendations and project updates to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Produce reports, dashboards and business insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support the ongoing development and refinement of key business systems, including Microsoft Business Central.

Key Ingredients (what we need to see from you)
- 3-5 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business process mapping, analysis and improvement methodologies
- Proven experience creating requirements documents, user stories and acceptance criteria
- A confident communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical concepts into business language
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working across cross-functional teams.

- Experience working with Microsoft Business Central.
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, digital transformation initiatives or business change projects.
