IT Systems Manager
Central London – close to King’s Cross
£80,000 + excellent benefits
Eutopia Search are working with a fast-growing scale-up at the forefront of a pioneering industry to appoint an IT Systems Manager as they enter a significant period of investment and expansion.
This isn’t a traditional IT support role.
You’ll become the technical anchor for the organisation, owning and developing the systems that underpin everything from internal operations and onboarding through to workspace technology, CRM, data, reporting and automation.
The organisation is scaling rapidly and moving into a major new Central London location, giving the successful person a genuine opportunity to build, improve and shape the technology environment rather than simply inherit it.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and improving the organisation’s core systems and technology platforms
- Designing integrations across CRM, access control, Wi-Fi, calendars, workspace tools and internal systems
- Automating repetitive processes and improving how systems work together
- Improving data quality, reporting and management information
- Strengthening security, access controls, SSO and system governance
- Evaluating, implementing and rolling out new technology as the organisation scales
- Working closely with non-technical teams to turn operational problems into practical technology solutions
The role will involve everything from systems integrations, APIs and webhooks through to CRM development, platform migrations and improving the way data flows across the organisation.

I’m particularly interested in hands-on systems builders — someone comfortable getting into the detail, solving ambiguous problems and creating scalable solutions rather than simply managing third-party suppliers.
Experience with platforms such as Airtable, Nexudus, OfficeRnD or similar systems would be useful, although the broader ability to build, integrate and improve systems is more important.
