As a team we pride ourselves on sharing knowledge and developing new processes. As a valued member of the team you will work collaboratively to develop solutions that will enable the whole team to succeed, including the following;
- You will work and learn with the team to evolve services, champion change and drive continual improvements
- You will have the opportunity to support the business cross-functionally, supporting hardware, software and security systems in operational use
- You will network with the IT team, the business, customer teams and suppliers to implement industry standard and bespoke solutions
- You’ll deliver system changes, improving security and system capabilities to support the delivery of excellent IT services

What do we need from you?

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build customer rapport quickly, to enable you to offer exceptional customer service

- Be eager to learn new skills and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Be skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving
- A passion for computer hardware, networks and security
- The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Demonstrate logical thinking and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of:
- computer hardware components and how they interact with each other
- computer networking concepts
- computer security
- operating systems i.e. Windows, Linux
