IT Systems Trainer - Veterinary Practices
We’re looking for an experienced veterinary practice professional who is passionate about supporting others, improving ways of working, and helping teams get the best from their systems.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational and systems knowledge who enjoys coaching colleagues, delivering training, and driving consistency across multiple sites. The role is focused on people, processes, and practical support — not technical IT troubleshooting.
If you are a confident system user who naturally helps others and enjoys improving practice standards, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
As an IT Systems Trainer, you’ll support veterinary practices and support teams to use key systems confidently, consistently, and effectively. You’ll deliver engaging virtual training, provide guidance on best practice workflows, and support practices through system changes and migrations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
