Full-time, 12 month contract

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £35000-£45000 pa + benefits

We are looking to hire an IT Support Team Lead to join the Infrastructure and Support team working out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands: Novation, Focusrite, Martin Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, ADAM Audio, Sonnox and Sequential.

This contract role will start in September 2026 and is expected to last for 12 months.

You will be responding to support tickets and working on internal improvement projects to help deliver an amazing user experience to your internal customers, facilitating the automation of internal processes and working to tight SLAs.

The role will require you to support our users across a range of technologies and debug complex integration issues while making sure that you keep our environment available & secure.

You will be a self-starter with a passion for learning, a keen eye for detail with excellent time management skills, thus having the ability to manage multiple support tickets and project tasks at any one time.

As part of the wider global Infrastructure and Support team you will also help drive the technological choices of the business.

Essential experience:

  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Line Management
  • Triage, Prioritisation and ticket queue management
  • Jira and Confluence administration
  • PowerShell or Graph API scripting
  • SaaS admin (e.g Zoom, Miro or similar tools)
  • Configuring and Supporting Single Sign-On SSO (SAML/SCIM) with Entra ID

Experience beneficial to the role:

  • Azure / Entra ID cloud services
  • SharePoint Administration
  • Jira / Confluence administration
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Printer Troubleshooting
  • MDM Platforms (Apple Business Manager, Intune, JAMF)
  • Android and iOS device support
  • Secure email gateways
  • ITIL-based Service Management
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Configuring or Supporting Single Sign-On SSO
  • Professional use of CoPilot and AI tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence
